We are excited to announce that registration is OPEN for Passport to Programming 2010. Passport to Programming is your opportunity to receive meaningful training in what it takes to bring your programming ideas to fruition.

The general schedule for Passport for Programming 2010 is as follows

registration and breakfast – 830AM

program starts at 930AM

Awesome Content 930AM- LUNCH

LUNCH PROVIDED

Awesome Content after LUNCH

concluded by 5pm

There have been a couple large changes to the Passport to Programming event from previous years. Most importantly, the day will presented as one series of sessions rather than in conference style breakout sessions. All participants will go through the same presentations throughout the day in order to make surer that all organizations are receiving the same information, in the same way, at the same time. Also, for this year’s registration process we are asking all organizations to register as a group rather than individually. Please select one person to collect the contact information and lunch requests for those planning to attend Passport and fill out the form linked below.

Also, The Student Finance Board has asked us to include the following statement. Due to the educational value and fiscal and contractual knowledge provided at Passport to Programming, the SFB is REQUIRING the following:

All student organizations funded through the SFB must send a minimum of three members to Passport to Programming.

One attendee must be the organization’s Treasurer (or equivalent).

One attendee is highly encouraged to be the organization’s President (or equivalent) or his/her designee.

One attendee is open to the general membership of your organization, however, should be someone actively involved with your group’s programming efforts.

Failure to send three or more members will result in loss of your organization’s budget and non-eligibility for special appropriations.

Due to these restrictions, organizations are strongly encouraged to send more than three members in case someone drops out.

Each student registrant may only be counted once. If you are an officer or member in more than one organization, your attendance will only be counted for one group.

You can reach the registration form for Passport 2010 on our website or by using the link provided directly. The link is: http://tcnj.qualtrics.com//SE?SID=SV_8hUQcJRSSmSAcaE

Registration for Passport to Programming 2010 will be conducted at the organizational level. We ask that each student organization collect the contact information for all members attending the event and fill out this form once. For each attendee you will need:

1) First Name (as they would like it to appear on name tag)
2) Last Name
3) TCNJ Email Address
4) Cell Phone Number
5) Position in Organization
6) Year of Graduatiion
7) Lunch choice (Roast beef with provolone, Roast turkey, Chicken salad sandwich, Veggie sandich w/hummus, or cheese pizza)
