The Vice President for Student Affairs invites students to apply for the 2012 Student Leadership Awards Scholarships. All award recipients, including scholarships, will be announced at the Student Leadership Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in the Brower Student Center Atrium.
Please note that the scholarship application process was conducted during the Fall 2011 semester and is now closed.

Application and Nomination Guidelines and Definitions
Prior to applying or nominating someone for a Student Leadership Award, readers should review these guidelines, which apply to individual awards. Program Award Guidelines
1. Program Awards are available to Student Government recognized Student Organizations, Varsity Athletic Teams, Residence Hall Student Staff Groups, Bonner Scholars, Peer Educators, and Ambassadors.
a. Student Organizations shall be defined only as those student groups who are currently recognized by the Student Government and were registered with the Office of Student Activities at the time their program occurred and at the time of application.
b. Athletic Teams shall refer only to TCNJ varsity athletic teams. Student Government (SG) recognized club sport teams may apply as student organizations, where applicable. Intramural teams are not recognized by the SG, and are therefore ineligible for these awards.
c. Residence Hall Student Staff Groups shall refer to no fewer than 3 or more student staff members from the same residence hall or townhouse complex who co-sponsored a program or activity together.
d. Bonner Scholars, Peer Educators and Ambassador staff groups, shall refer to 3 or more student members of one of the above groups who participated in each program.
2. All Program Award applicants must be in good college standing at the time of application and at the time of the award ceremony, including but not limited to current registration with the Office of Student Activities and free of any NCAA sanctions, or Fraternity, Sorority, or college-wide disciplinary action, including the following: without a student conduct status of pending termination of housing, removal from housing, pending suspension, suspension, or expulsion.
3. Each program may only be submitted in one award category. The only duplicate program submission permitted will be in the Outstanding Program of the Year and the Programming Legacy Award categories. However, applicants may submit more than one program per category.
